I Had Left Varicose Operation Before 8 To 9 Month

i had left varicose operation before 8 to 9 month I had pain may be becoz of infection my left testicles enlargement and got so much pain so i took Chymoral forte and zifi cv-200 as per doc prescribed me i got relief but now same problem i am facing so now i am taking banocide forte & doxy 100 twice a day the pain is very less now but not fully gone.
So should I continue with banocide forte or should i take Chymoral forte and zifi cv-200
