I Had Mirena Inserted March This Yr.& Immediatley Stopped Getting

i had mirena inserted march this yr.& immediatley stopped getting a period.i've had absolutely NO side effects.i haven't had sex ALL until july 11th.now this whole week has been non-stop nausea,back aches,& bloated.all the lovely signs of pregnancy.i researched mirena & ppl have said the mirena "tricks" your body into feeling pregnant?is this true????but i haven't felt like this until now,4 months later????i also read that it can give a false positive (or negative) home pregnancy test???i'm goin mentally crazy worrying about this!!!!!!!!
