I Had My First Gynecologist Appointment Today And It Went

i had my first gynecologist appointment today and it went good. but when i came home from a day with me boyfreind i saw that i have terrible bumps on my inner thighs and on my vagina which I suppose wasn't there when i had my appointment. i just really need some awnsers , they are red small bumps or pinkish i think
