I Had My Gallbladder Removed 3 Days Ago And Every

i had my gallbladder removed 3 days ago and every since i have not been able to eat anything more than a liquid diet. every time i try i get this pressure/pain in my chest and back and it makes me nauseous and no matter how long i wait it doesnt go away until i vomit and 80% is still undigested even after hours. is this normal
