I Had My Gallbladder Removed Years Ago Am On Acid

i had my gallbladder removed years ago am on acid reflux meds take 1 a day this used to happen alot but rarely now but i threw up straight bile yesterday then today had a very painfull runny stool straight bile very dark yellow with some red a hour later violently started throwing up and at same time blew dark yellow bile from rectum all over everywhere am scared please help
