I Had Neck Surgery Eight Yrs Ago. Ruptured Cervical 4

i had neck surgery eight yrs ago. ruptured cervical 4 and 5 and 6 discs. two days ago i woke with severe pain in my right side of my neck going down the front right side of my neck. woke this am and pain was greater, hurts my neck even when i swallow. what is going on??
