I Had Protected Sex, A Few Days Later I Noticed

i had protected sex, a few days later i noticed my tesitcles were red. i noticed regular bumps on my arm and leg but would go away. also a slight redness in the crease between my testicles and thighs. after i took showers noticed my arms looked like a red rash but then would go away. should i be worried?
