i had psa test showed 7. i take propecia so it is probably double that . it was always about 2.3 for last years. went to urologist who found i had ecoli in the prostate . dre and ultra sound were unremarkable after 2 weeks of antibiotics i took another test and psa 4 days after i stopped medication. it was 6.8 . does it take time for psa to go down or was four days enough. and secondly what should i do now
