I Had Put 1 Bar Of Xanax In My Drink

i had put 1 bar of Xanax in my drink on Friday but didn't drink it all then on sunday i took half a bar and today i took half a bar. i realize what i had done was dumb and will never mess around with drugs again but my parents want to drug test me by hair follicles. what can i do to get ride of it?
