i had regular periods of 28 days cycle but i met a doctor because of my obesity and she gave me norgest tablet .. now my periods are irregular.. last month it was delayed by one week and this month also i m over 5 days the due date and I still have not got periods ... i had little sexual grinding two days before my due periods date but no insemination
