I Had Rotater Cuff Op. Twice On Right Shoulder 3

i had rotater cuff op. twice on right shoulder 3 years ago, for the last 3 months i have had pain down both sides of my back arms and chest it stays for awhile then goes, i find when my wife rubs deep heat it gives me relief could you tell me what it could be. thank you
