I Had Sex With My Boyfriend Recently..it Wasn't Proper..he Didn't

i had sex with my boyfriend recently..it wasn't proper..he didn't release his sperms in me and i am sure about it but he said maybe some drops might have entered but it wasn't his sperm i guess..are there any chances that during the intercourse some drops can go in ?? i did take an i-pill just an hour later..and my periods are expected to be by mid september..are there any chances of me conceiving even after the sex wasn't proper and i took a pill an hour later ?? and there was no sperm going in..he just said its the sperm liquid which at times enters the body.
