I Had Some Blood Drawn From A Vein In My

i had some blood drawn from a vein in my right arm at the bend. She got very little blood and wiggled the needle. When she did I felt a pain near my wrist like a rubber band had been popped and a tightening like a rubber band being stretched. She then took blood from another vein. I am still having this pain. It feels like an electical shock followed by the pulling sensation. Should I be worried about this? Tomorrow I am having a colonoscopy, should I tell that Dr. about this?
