I Had Some Ruff Sex Over The Period Of Two

i had some ruff sex over the period of two days. The evening of the second day I saw some blood after sex. Now two day after I discover a lump inside my vagina. I am tender, I was also dry some of the time during sex. Could this be caused by the friction? we are both in good heath, no health issue
