I Had Some Sort Of Stomach Bug Close To 4weeks

i had some sort of stomach bug close to 4weeks ago.. diarrhea it took a good two weeks to begin to feel somewhat normal during that and after had nasty taste in mouth everything tasted bad and bland since then taste as come back bitterness is pretty much gone but still have this sweet taste that drives me crazy.. my husband i both had this had terrible heartburn during it.. still get a little but mostly for me its just the sweet taste that doesn't go away .. other than taste feel back to normal
