I Had Some Xrays A Couple Weeks Ago They Put

i had some xrays a couple weeks ago they put me in the frog position and found avascular necrosis disease the next day i went for mri that came back the necrosis disease..i saw a surgeon that had no time for me he wants me to be on a walker for 6 months and redo images in january..if feels as if my leg is broke and i have to lift it to get in bed should action be taken quickly i was told by the referring dr that blood was not getting to that area?
