I Had Stomache Pain And Cramps Still Have Them Been

i had stomache pain and cramps still have them been going on for a week not sick have had diareha feel like i am bloated i keep trying to work around the house but pain just starts right up as soon as i get to moving around i was running a small fever a few days ago and i do take anacid pills but it dont feel like acid reflux feels like my guts are twisted what could it be
