I Had Strep So I Took My Prescription Of Amoxicillin

i had strep so i took my prescription of amoxicillin all the way like i was suppose to, now a day after my prescription is all done my tonsils have brown chunks that come out of my pits in my tonsils also they stick on there and my right tonsil is very swollen and in pain...help please.
