I Had Taken A Mifegest Pill On Sat 11 Pm

i had taken a mifegest pill on sat 11 pm , 2 other pills taken orally on sun 10 pm.in morning i saw an egg nd sme bleedy water but after that there is no blood flow
rest 2 pills taken on monday but also there is ni flow.
is it normal or i had some mistake in taking medicine.?
is it aborted or not?
when will flow start ?
