I Had Thought I Started My Period For The Third

i had thought i started my period for the third time this month and it turns out i was not bleeding there its either my clitrous or it isomething bad i am alittle bit not feeling normal in my abnom but i think the fact my right legs been hurting for along time from foot to hip maybe it had to do with it too?
