I Had To Go To Empty My Bowels Suddenly But

i had to go to empty my bowels suddenly but could not go immediately and held it with some pain near the testicles i believe then was able to empty them 10 mins later, there is small pain on my testicle, left i think mainly, it has been some days now , it continues slightly , will it be ok in time ?
