I Had Two Miscarriages, 1st On 27th April 2015 Followed

i had two miscarriages, 1st on 27th april 2015 followed by D N C in which fetal heart beat never came and 2nd on 18th december 2015 followed by D N C.
i was very upset and always feeling weak. i have been prescribed to take Macfolate and Zincovit medicine for 3 months. kindly let me know the effects of these two medicines
