I Hae A Rapid Irregular Pulsation In My Right Ear

i hae a rapid irregular pulsation in my right ear only, different as my hearth rate, i have taken amoxillin no effect, i went to E&T specialist he said my ear looks normal and hearing test was normal,
something in my right ear jumping beating. i need to know what i should do to stop this?
