I Hav Ebeen Getting Tingling On One Side Of Tge

i hav ebeen getting tingling on one side of tge nose on outside of nostril. Had damage toa nerve over 20 years ago when a wisdom tooth was removed so my chin is tingly and buzzy sometimes. I also had a fractured skull when i was run over by a speeding cyclist, i have tinnitus from the brain injury. i work full time and otherwise fit.
