I Have 2 Pimples One Is In Leg And Another

i have 2 pimples one is in leg and another in face . 3 weeks ago there was same problem . my doctor prescribed one antibiotic and it healed . now he is written R- cin 300( Rifampicicn ip 300) and Inflame A ( Aceclofenace 100 mg ) i just saw both Tab.it is red lined in the strip. is it any dangerous medicine ? what it use of thesse medicine and what is the meaning of red line and is it any antibiotic ?
