I Have 2 Sons ...1 Had A Splenectomy 4 Years

i have 2 sons ...1 had a splenectomy 4 years ago ..he had a tatoo(arm) the other day and has started to swell....he is supposed to take penecillin ,but does nt stick to it regularly..he took 6 tonight and went to bed ..should we wait till morning to see the dr ?
the 2nd son has rang to complain about strange movements in his chest , and has experienced it for the past 3 days ( weekend) he is currently on a bioresanonce programme for cocaine addiction,
