I Have 2.7 Cm Retention Cyst In My Left Maxillary

i have 2.7 cm retention cyst in my left maxillary sinus with moderate left maxillary sinus disease. i have a balance problem when i walk it feels like i'm going to tip over. its like i've had a few drinks and i haven't. also have a slight headache. do you think the cyst could be causing this problem
