I Have 3 Scars On My Body From Where I

i have 3 scars on my body from where i had blisters....one on my back, hand and arm .....what would cause these scars to develop red rings around them and tingle and itch....while at the same time my lips on my mouth do the same and my vagina starts to itch within 5 minutes of these other symptoms appearing like a yeast infection
