I Have AFib And Occassionally I Feel My Heart Beating

i have AFib and occassionally I feel my heart beating harder, in fact it can be seen through my shirt. I try to feel it with my hand and count the beats, they are regular and then theres a quick little 2 beats real fast. Is this something to be concerned about. Doesn't happen often but did today
