I Have BP I Am Using Concord 5 One Tablet

i have BP i am using Concord 5 one tablet per day along wih olmozist 40 at night now my heart rate has come down

doctors say it is because of using concor 5 tablet tablet doctors asked me to stop it and instead take olmozist 20 in addition will my heart beat be normal if i follow pl guide
