I Have A 5 Year Old Female Whose Vaginal Opening

i have a 5 year old female whose vaginal opening keeps closing to the size smaller then an eraser on a pencil...using cream works ....cream stops being applied..then frequent urinating other than on toilet finds mr to check and sure enoughit is closing
