I Have A Ball In My Pelvic Area As Well

i have a ball in my pelvic area as well as lower back pains throughout my day. i have been very very itchy latley evrywhere on my body and they look like tiny bites, first i thought it was flea bites but i washed and flea bombed the whole house. iam very concerned and wondering if i should go see a local healthcare professianl?
