I Have A Bite On My Leg , Thinking It

i have a bite on my leg , thinking it is from a spider, its red , hard under the skin, itches, and swollen . It happened wednesday at work, thought it was a mosquito bite til i felt the hardness,. Is there anything i can do ? I drew a circle around the redness to see if it gets bigger and it has just alittle.
