I Have A Black Spot Under My Big Toes Toenail,

i have a black spot under my big toes toenail, it started out about the size as if you were to take a sharpie and put a dot on a piece of paper, but now over the last week it has gotten a little bigger.. should this be a concern, its happening on both big toes?
