I Have A Boil In My Forehead For 4 Days

i have a boil in my forehead for 4 days now i tried doing the warm sponge treatment and have been taking cloxaxillin 500mg 3 x a day and applying fucidin ointment however the boil is affecting my eye area my eyes and nose are swollen .should i be worried that it will get worse cause i am waiting for the pus to pop out but it will just turn red and not release pus or blood ? I am in pain already and my lymphnode in my right ear is swelling too
