I Have A Burning Tongue. I Consume At Least One

i have a burning tongue. I consume at least one lemon a day and cut that out for 5 days. still have the tongue burn on front edge of tongue from tip back to incisors. I smoke tobacco and mj bi-weekly. diet ok and i walk the dog 2 miles a day. Fungus? Burn from fire or acid or . Thank you in advance for answering my question as it took some of your time. Peace.
