I Have A Chiped Tooth In My Mouth And Today

i have a chiped tooth in my mouth and today below it in my lower jaw it started to hurt and it feels a little swollen i just took an antibiotic but i think it might be a sist will the antibiotic help reduce the swelling? its not really swollen i can barly feal it with my hand but it hurts
