I Have A Cluster Of Blister On My Ten Finger

i have a cluster of blister on my ten finger tips recently but no pain no itchy at all. i am suggested to do the liver detox by taking veggie and olive oil together with milk thristle for 3 days. the blister seems going off but an obvious red deep blister come out, which is pain when touching it. in fact, what's that?
