I Have A Constant Twich Going On In My Right

i have a constant twich going on in my right tempurol lobe area. This has been going on for a week's time. I have a history with Epilepsy, but had succesful brain surgery back in the year 2007. Symptoms were diagnosed within my left tempurol lobe and since surgery removed some dead tissue, i have had no issues. Seizure free for almost 9 years. Not sure why this is taking place, but it may be from reading a lot, as i do editing for a living. Please advise me if this is correct. Thanks!
