I Have A Couple Of Pus Filled Pockets Very Close

i have a couple of pus filled pockets very close to my vagina. it is also shaved and ive noticed them this morning and ive popped them and pus just came out. and more are spreding like on my butt cheek and they were kinda big and close together. i am sexually active but we always use protection.
