I Have A Cpap Machine For My Sleep Apnea With

i have a cpap machine for my sleep apnea with a buit in humidifier. when i woke up in the morning my nasal cavity fely frozen because i ran out of water in the cpap and the air was ice cold blowing in my nose. i have a runny nose and cant stop sneezing the last 2 days.
