I Have A Dull Ache In My Scrotum. When Checking

i have a dull ache in my scrotum. When checking in the bath it feels like a bunch of worms. On the right side it feels similar but no pain or sensitivity. On the left side I can feel a tenderness when checking and squeezing gently with my fingers. Any thoughts on that this might be?
