I Have A Dull Pain In My Left Side Have

i have a dull pain in my left side have had a history of kidneys stones but usually the pain is more severe can i have a stone lodge and it is not moving no vomiting or fever been hurting for about 3 days the pain is more in my side not back very annoying I'am concern that is more than a stone
