I Have A Family History Of Heart And Lung Problems.

i have a family history of heart and lung problems. I have been having bad chest pains on my left sternum. i went to the er on the 13th and they have me set up with a cardiologist on the 25th. today i all the sudden my hands, arms and legs are tingling and feel like they are sleeping (pins and needles) on both sides. is this something i should go back to the er for or can i wait for my appointment? it is uncomfortable but not unbearable.
