I Have A Few Scrapes On The Side Of My

i have a few scrapes on the side of my face. I'm using mupirocin to take the inflamation away. I also am using this to stop any infection. Is this Mupirocin ointment usp 2% helpful? What should i use to heal scrapes,stop burning and stop any infection from setting in? Thank You
