I Have A Freckle/spot On My Scrotum And Im Not

i have a freckle/spot on my scrotum and im not sure if it is cancerous. its been there for 2-3 years and i feelk too anxious to show a professional (i cant even pee at urinals; my dick is small when flacid is my anxiety). anyway, how do i know if this is something that can kill me until i see my dermatologist again at the end of january (if i muster the courage) or is there a way i can confirm it today?
