I Have A Friend Who Had A Minor Stroke. Has

i have a friend who had a minor stroke. has full range motion but still some tingling and numbness in the left arm lip, penis and left leg. no physical therapy was prescribed. I wondering if massages would be helpful if so any input on the benefits of this.
