I Have A Friend Who Had A Radiator Explode In

i have a friend who had a radiator explode in his face a week ago. He got some of the fluid in his ear. It is still draining, he has buzzing sounds and you can hear the air come through his ear if he holds his nose and blows. Could it be spinal fluid leaking through?
