I Have A Friend Who Has A Psa Of 15

i have a friend who has a psa of 15 and the urologist recomended a biopsy. he is refusing because his brother advised him that it is not effective and should have imaging instead.. I had a psa of 4.5 and the biopsy showed a cancer & I had the prostate removed. I think he should follow thw doctors recommendations but he refuses
