I Have A Hemoroid And Have Had For 21 Years

i have a hemoroid and have had for 21 years i usually have bowel movements 3-5 times a day i havent had one in 4 days now and when i try a ball of hard stool comes out if that and last night and tonight i had a toilet full of blood and was wiping blood clots on tissue it burns and has a needly sensation in my rectum what do i do what is going on
